These terms apply when you order from Natural Squeeze LLC ("Natural Squeeze," "we," "us") through naturalsqueeze.com, our mobile app, or our in-store kiosk. By placing an order you agree to them.
All items are made fresh to order and subject to availability. Prices are shown before you pay; sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Square — we never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place the order. If we can't fulfill an order after payment, we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Pickup orders are typically ready in 10–20 minutes at 1023 Longwood Ave, Bronx, NY 10459. Delivery is fulfilled by Uber Direct couriers within our delivery area; the delivery fee (and any free-delivery threshold) is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with traffic, weather, and courier availability. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — we may not be able to recover an order sent to a wrong address.
Because everything is made fresh, we can't accept returns — but if something's wrong with your order (missing, incorrect, or a quality issue), contact us within 24 hours with your order number and we'll remake it or refund it. See Returns & Refunds.
Promo codes apply to direct orders only, can't be combined (one code per order), have no cash value, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may modify or end a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep the discount they were charged with.
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, honey, gluten, and other allergens, and cross-contact is possible. Item descriptions list core ingredients, but if you have a serious allergy, please note it in the order notes or call us at (718) 290-2655 before ordering.
Order updates are sent to the phone number you provide at checkout. Marketing texts and emails are separate and only sent if you opt in — see our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
